Like The Method for face, The Method: Body is a simple, 3-step routine of exfoliating, cleansing and nourishing skin. Each product, however, has been precisely formulated to address the unique needs of the skin of the body.
• How To Apply: Use The Method: Body regimen once daily. Start with The Method: Polish. Gently massage a generous amount onto wet skin using firm, circular motions. Follow with The Method: Body Cleanse. Squeeze onto hands and lather onto body, rinse and pat dry. Finish with The Method: Body Nourish. Massage a generous amount into skin after bathing or showering.
• Initially, use once daily. Application can be increased to twice daily, unless irritation occurs. Do not exceed two applications daily unless directed by a physician. Warning: Some irritation may occur if you have a cut or opening in the skin. We recommend you avoid use after shaving as irritation may occur.
